Common use of Providedthat Clause in Contracts

Providedthat. i. if the date of commencement or supply of power falls during the periodbetween the first (1st) day and up to and including the fifteenth (15th) dayof a Month, the first Monthly Bill shall be issued for the period until thelast dayofsuchMonth,or ii. if the date of commencement of supply of power falls after the fifteenth(15th) day of a Month, the first Monthly Bill shall be issued for the periodcommencing from the Delivery Date until the last day of the immediatelyfollowingMonth.
