Common use of PROVIDER CONCERNS Clause in Contracts

PROVIDER CONCERNS. ‌ 17 The Hospital will respond to nurse(s) who believe they have been subjected to 18 inappropriate behavior by healthcare providers on staff. The nurse will discuss the 19 concern with his/her nurse manager and the Director of Nursing and/or Chief Nurse 20 Executive. A written response will be provided within fourteen (14) days. 21

The nurse will discuss the 19 27 concern with his/her nurse manager and the Director of Nursing and/or Chief Nurse 20 ExecutiveClinical 28 and Quality Officer. A written response will be provided within fourteen (14) days. 21.
