PROVIDER FURTHER AGREES. A. To supervise students at all times, including through the end of tutoring and until parent pick-up or appropriate arrangements are met. One session of tutoring is equivalent to one hour, however Provider must supervise student/s after tutoring until the student has been picked up by parent.
