Common use of Provider Licenses Clause in Contracts

Provider Licenses. Except as would not reasonably be expected to have a Parent Material Adverse Effect (a) each Parent Provider is duly licensed by the state in which it is located to operate, (b) the ancillary departments located at each Facility which are required to be specifically licensed are duly licensed by the appropriate state agencies and (c) the Parent or its applicable Subsidiary has all other material Permits which are needed or required by Applicable Law to operate the business of each Facility.
