PROVIDER RESPONSIBLITIES / SUB AGREEMENTS. The Provider is solely responsible for fulfillment of this Agreement with the Department. The Provider assumes responsibility for all services offered and products to be delivered whether or not the Provider is the manufacturer or producer of said services.
