Common use of Provider Status Clause in Contracts

Provider Status. 4.1 The Provider warrants that: 4.1.1 it has the capacity and authority to update the Contact Data Records; and 4.1.2 it has taken reasonable steps, given that the Graduates will have graduated approximately 15 months prior to the Graduates being surveyed, to ensure the accuracy and validity of the Contact Data Records; and 4.1.3 the reasonable steps being taken by the Provider in accordance with paragraph 4.1.2 take into account the best practice guidance published in the HESA Operational Documentation.
