Provider-Supplied Materials. With respect to all materials to be procured by Provider for use in the performance of Services (“Provider-Supplied Materials”), Provider will, subject to Section 7.1 (Credit) and Section 7.2 (Prepayment), charge to Senti the Outof-Pocket Costs of such materials.
