Common use of Providers of Refinancing Loans Clause in Contracts

Providers of Refinancing Loans. Refinancing Loans may be provided by any existing Lender (it being understood that no existing Lender will have an obligation to make all or any portion of any Refinancing Loan) or by other Persons on terms permitted by this Section 2.28; provided that the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank and the Swing Line Lender will have consented (in each case, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) to any such Person’s providing Refinancing Loans or Refinancing Commitments if such consent would be required under Section 10.6(b) for an assignment of Loans or Commitments to such Person.

Providers of Refinancing Loans. Refinancing Loans may be provided by any existing Lender (it being understood that no existing Lender will have an obligation to make all or any portion of any Refinancing Loan) or by any other Persons bank or other financial institution (such Lender or other bank or financial institution, a “Refinancing Lender”) on terms permitted by this Section 2.282.27; provided that the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender and each Issuing Bank and the Swing Line Lender will have consented (in each case, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) to any such Person’s Person providing Refinancing Loans or Refinancing Commitments if such consent would be required under Section 10.6(b) 11.4 for an assignment of Loans or Commitments to such Person.
