PROVIDER'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The Provider shall procure and shall maintain during the life of his contract, Provider's Public Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 for injuries, including accidental death to any one person, and subject to the limit for each person, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 on account of one accident, and Provider's Property Damage Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000.
