Providers. Each provider of Bank Products or Cash Management Services (each, a “Provider”) in its capacity as such shall be deemed a third party beneficiary hereof and of the provisions of the other Loan Documents for purposes of any reference in a Loan Document to the parties for whom any Agent is acting. The Administrative Agent shall have no obligation to calculate the amount due and payable with respect to any Other Liabilities, but may rely upon a written notice from the applicable Provider provided pursuant to Section 7.10(a). In the absence of an updated written notice, the Administrative Agent shall be entitled to assume that the amount due and payable to the applicable Provider is the amount last certified to the Administrative Agent by such Provider as being due and payable (less any distributions made to such Provider on account thereof).
