Providing Applications. 11Ants will host the relevant Applications (except for off-line components or applications) and may update the functionality and the user interface of the Services from time to time in its sole discretion for the purpose of improving the delivery of the Services. 11Ants utilizes Third Party Offerings, including Azure Low Priority Virtual Machines and Azure Spot Virtual Machines (or substantially equivalent offerings subject to Microsoft name changes from time to time), as components of the Applications and Services. Availability of the Third Party Offerings, including pre- emption of the Azure Low Priority Virtual Machines or Azure Spot Virtual Machines, may impact the operation of the Services, causing interruptions, delays and/or temporary unavailability.

Providing Applications. If the Advisor complies with the requirements of clauses 3.2 and 3.3, the Advisor may submit Life Insurance Applications for the Advisor's Clients electronically through the Self Secure Portal to OnePath.
