Providing Groups Conditions Sample Clauses

Providing Groups Conditions. 3.3.1. The BSP declares a list of Providing Groups with which he will be providing the Service in Annex 3. Each Providing Group regroups one or more Delivery Points. This list shall be kept up to date according to dispositions stipulated in Annex 3. 3.3.2. A BSP can group Delivery Points that cannot individually comply with all technical requirements as ▇▇▇▇ verifies the compliancy with the Service’s technical and organizational requirements (set forth in Annex 7) on the Providing Group. 3.3.3. Before Providing Groups can be included in Annex 3, the BSP must prequalify them as per procedure mentioned in Annex 7. 3.3.4. Each BSP needs to present for each Providing Group a documented Energy Management Strategy (as described in Annex 7) with which he aims to prove his ability to comply with requirements for provision of the Service as these are stipulated in Art. 6.1 before the Providing Group pass a Prequalification Test and become able to be included in the BSP’s Annex 3. 3.3.5. Each Providing Group has a FCRmax_PG per Service Type prequalified as per procedure described in the same Annex as above. The sum of the volumes prequalified on each Providing Group of the BSP’s portfolio (FCRmax_PG) is equal to the maximum volume the BSP can offer for each Service Type (FCRmax) in auctions. 3.3.6. One Providing Group can be prequalified for different Service Types. 3.3.7. One Delivery Point can only be used in one Providing Group for the delivery of a specific Service Type. In other words a Delivery Point can only be part of different Providing Groups if in each of these Providing Groups it contributes to the delivery of different Service Types. 3.3.8. CIPU Technical Units are not allowed to participate in the provision of the FCR Service by non-CIPU units unless to provide the energy as part of the BSP’s Energy Management Strategy for a certain Providing Group and under the condition that they are not delivering the FCR service by CIPU Technical Units. The CIPU Technical Units cannot, in such a situation, increase the FCRmax of the non-CIPU Providing Group in which it participates. 3.3.9. Once a Providing Group is prequalified, it cannot be considered as a part of a bigger Providing Group.
