Provincial Agreement. Refers to the provisions of the Provincial Collective Agreement (including the new provincial articles) and the previous local agreements.

Provincial Agreement. In certain provinces, CRCS has entered into an Emergency Response Services Agreement with the provincial government (a “Provincial Agreement”). Where a Provincial Agreement is in place and CRCS’ services are activated by the province, which may occur during a provincially declared state of emergency or at the province’s request, CRCS shall coordinate its response services with both the Local authorities and the province, in accordance with applicable emergency plans and protocols, but the Provincial Agreement shall prevail to the extent of any conflict.
Provincial Agreement. An Employer shall not enter into a contract, sub-contract or transfer of work covered by this Agreement without prior consent from the Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada or Local Union, with any Employer who is in arrears for any contributions, deductions or remittances required by this Agreement and shall be confirmed in writing by the Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada or the Local Union.
Provincial Agreement. (g) On written request by the Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada the Employer shall provide copies of the time sheets of members for a preceding period not exceeding six (6) months from date of request.
(h) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, for the period commencing January 1,200 1 ending May 1,200 1 or when the
Provincial Agreement the 35 kilometer radius shall be taken from the City Halls of Belleville, Brockville, Cornwall, Kingston and Peterborough.
Provincial Agreement. (b) On projects of more than 90 days duration should an Employee leave prior to completion of the project, for reasons other than compassionate grounds, Travel Allowance and Travel Time may be withheld.
8. When camp conditions are of a necessity in lieu of the Board Allowance defined in Section #3(a) herein, it is agreed that such camp conditions shall be of first class accommodation and such accommodation conditions shall be established prior to the commencement of work.
9. In lieu of the Board Allowance defined in Article 17, Subsection 3(a) herein, the Employer may provide Room and Board at the Employer’s cost. Such Room and Board shall be first class and mutually agreed upon by the Union and the Employee.
Provincial Agreement. These contributions shall be broken down individually on the forms and then Totalled at the bottom with only “one cheque” written to the Locals or designate. The other form would include all of the Provincial benefit plans and Employer/Employee contributions as spelled out in the collective agreement (Article 29).
