Common use of Provision Delivery and Receipt Clause in Contracts

Provision Delivery and Receipt. Seller shall sell and deliver and the Buyer shall purchase and receive NEPOOL-GIS Certificates as specified in the Confirmation. Seller shall utilize the NEPOOL-GIS to transfer the number of NEPOOL-GIS Certificates required to be transferred hereunder for each Trading Period to an account within the NEPOOL-GIS designated by the Buyer on or before the Delivery Date as specified in the Confirmation.

Provision Delivery and Receipt. Seller shall sell and deliver deliver, and the Buyer shall purchase and receive NEPOOL-GIS Certificates equal in number to the corresponding NEPOOL-GIS Certificate Quantity as specified in the Confirmation. Seller shall utilize the NEPOOL-GIS to transfer the number of NEPOOL-GIS Certificates required to be transferred hereunder for each Trading Period to an account within the NEPOOL-GIS designated by the Buyer on or before at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Delivery Date as specified in end of the Confirmationapplicable Trading Period provided Buyer has fulfilled its payment obligations herein for such NEPOOL-GIS Certificates.

Seller shall utilize the NEPOOL-NEPOOL GIS to transfer the appropriate number of NEPOOL-NEPOOL GIS Certificates required to be transferred hereunder for each Trading Period to an account within the NEPOOL-NEPOOL GIS designated by the Buyer on or before at least five (5) business days prior to the Delivery Date as specified in end of the Confirmationapplicable Trading Period.
