Common use of Provision Delivery and Receipt Clause in Contracts

Provision Delivery and Receipt. Seller shall sell and deliver and the Buyer shall purchase and receive Class I, Class I Thermal, Class II, Class III and Class IV NEPOOL GIS Certificates equal in number to the corresponding Class I, Class I Thermal, Class II, Class III or Class IV NEPOOL GIS Certificate Quantity. Seller shall utilize the NEPOOL GIS to transfer the number of NEPOOL GIS Certificates required to be transferred hereunder for each Trading Period to an account within the NEPOOL GIS designated by the Buyer at least five (5) Business Days prior to the end of the applicable Trading Period.
