Provision Delivery and Receipt. Seller shall sell and deliver and the Buyer shall purchase and receive those NEPOOL-GIS Certificates specified in the applicable Confirmation. Seller shall utilize the NEPOOL-GIS to transfer the number of NEPOOL-GIS Certificates required to be transferred hereunder for each Trading Period to the account within the NEPOOL-GIS designated by the Buyer on or before the 10th Business Day prior to the close of the applicable NEPOOL-GIS Trading Period. Buyer shall confirm all transfers of NEPOOL-GIS Certificates within ten (10) Business Days after the transfer by Seller.
