Provision Effective Date Clause Samples
The Provision Effective Date clause establishes the specific date on which the terms and obligations of a contract or a particular provision within the contract become legally binding and enforceable. This date may be set as the date of signing, a future date, or upon the occurrence of a certain event, and it determines when parties must begin to comply with the relevant terms. By clearly defining when contractual responsibilities commence, this clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes over the timing of obligations.
Provision Effective Date. Any provision that states an effective date as "the date of signing of this Agreement" shall be deemed effective upon seven (7) calendar days after the signing of the Agreement by WorkSafeBC unless otherwise stated.
