Provision for Further Development of the Contract Documents. Because the Contract Documents may not be finished at the time the Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal is prepared, the Design-Builder shall provide within the Guaranteed Maximum Price and its Construction Contingency an amount for further development of the Contract Documents.
