Provision for Supplemental Indenture for Certain Purposes. From time to time the Company and the Warrant Agent may, subject to the provisions of this Indenture and the obtaining of the prior written consent of the Exchange, and shall, when so directed by this Indenture, execute and deliver by their proper officers or directors, as the case may be, indentures or instruments supplemental hereto, which thereafter shall form part hereof, for any one or more or all of the following purposes:
