Provision Of Advances; Offsets Generally. The Company (and/or its ---------------------------------------- Subsidiaries) may from time-to-time, upon written consent from the Chairman of the Board or the Board, and without any obligation to do so, make advances to the Executive against any compensation or other amounts to be paid by the Company (and/or its Subsidiaries) to the Executive (each, an "Advance"). Any amounts due hereunder to the Executive shall, at the election of the Company, be offset by any then outstanding Advances.
