Provision of Benefits is Binding Obligation of Corporation. Except to the extent that benefits to which a Participant, or the Beneficiary thereof, is entitled under the Plan are actually paid from the Fund, nothing contained in this Agreement shall relieve the Corporation of its obligations under the Plan to or with respect to such Participant.
