Provision of Confidential and Proprietary Information. Employer owns certain confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets to which Employee will be given access for the purpose of carrying out his employment responsibilities hereunder. Furthermore, Employer shall provide Employee with confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets regarding Employer and its subsidiaries and affiliates, in order to assist Employee in satisfying his obligations hereunder. Employer shall provide Employee with specialized training including orientation, sales and financial information, and computer and systems training.
