Provision of Copies of the Prospectus. At its expense, the Company will provide, to Notice Holders and the Managing Underwriters, if any, such number of copies of the prospectus relating to the applicable Registration Statement or any related prospectus supplement or “issuer free writing prospectus” (as defined in Rule 433 under the Securities Act) as such Notice Holders or Managing Underwriters, as applicable, may reasonably request; provided, however, that the Company need not provide any document pursuant to this Section 11(h) that is publicly available on the SEC’s XXXXX system (or any successor thereto).
