Common use of PROVISION OF ELIGIBLE COURSES Clause in Contracts

PROVISION OF ELIGIBLE COURSES. The school district will provide all courses for high school only credit. The College will provide dual credit courses which have been approved by TJC and the District in the Annual Course Agreement. Provided courses shall be evaluated and approved through the College curriculum approval process, and shall be taught at the college-level. All courses offered for dual credit must meet requirements outlined in RULE §4.85 and RULE §4.86 and related to dual credit requirements of Texas Administrative Code. Regular academic policies and procedures applicable to regular college courses and students will also apply to dual credit courses. Academic dual credit courses will be applicable to the pursuance of a baccalaureate degree.
