Common use of Provision of Evidence of Compliance to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Provision of Evidence of Compliance to Trustee. In addition to any other provisions of this Indenture, the Trustee may, at any time any action is taken which relates to any of paragraphs (a) through (c) below, and acting in good faith, require evidence of compliance with the conditions precedent provided for in this Indenture relating to: (a) the certification pursuant to section 2.7 and delivery of Debentures; (b) the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture; or (c) the taking of any other action or step to be taken by the Trustee at the request, or on the application, of the Issuer.
