Common use of Provision of Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Provision of Financial Statements. Unless otherwise specified in the Election Sheet, if requested by a party, the other Party shall deliver: (a) within 120 days following the end of each fiscal year, a copy of such other Party's, or for such period the other Party's obligation are supported by a Credit Support Provider or if it is a party to a Control and Profit Transfer Agreement, its Credit Support Provider's or its Controlling Party's, as the case may be, annual report containing audited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year; and (b) within 60 days after the end of each of its first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year, a copy of its quarterly report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements.
