Common use of Provision of Guarantees and Suretyships Clause in Contracts

Provision of Guarantees and Suretyships. (i) The Guarantor is not entitled to act as a guarantor or surety for the obligations of any person without the prior written consent of the Credit Agent and undertakes to ensure that any of its Subsidiaries does not act as a guarantor or surety for the obligations of any person without the prior written consent of the Credit Agent; and
