Provision of Information for Inactive Members. 6.04.1 The President shall provide to the Association, in electronic format, on an annual basis no later than October 31 of each year, with information to be complete as of September 30, a list of Inactive Members that includes the following information: (a) name; (b) inactive Member designation start date; (c) inactive Member designation end date; (d) dues paid on his/her behalf to the Association.
