Common use of Provision of Materials to the IRO Clause in Contracts

Provision of Materials to the IRO. Indivior shall provide the IRO with: i) a list of Government Reimbursed Products promoted by Indivior during the Reporting Period; ii) information about the FDA-approved uses for each such product; and iii) the call plans for each such product. Indivior shall also provide the IRO with information about the reviews of call plans that Indivior conducted during the relevant Reporting Period (if any) and any modifications to the call plans made as a result of Indivior’s reviews.
