Common use of Provision of Offering Documents Clause in Contracts

Provision of Offering Documents. The Company shall deliver to the Agent, without charge, as many copies of the Offering Documents as the Agent may reasonably require for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement. The Company authorizes the Agent, in connection with the Offering of the Securities, to use the Offering Documents as from time to time amended or supplemented in connection with the offering and sale of the Securities and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act and Regulation D.
