Common use of Provision of Other Information Clause in Contracts

Provision of Other Information. Environment Canada agrees to provide Yukon with training and information sessions, without cost to Yukon, on an annual basis, or more frequently if either Party deems it to be necessary, concerning Canada’s information requirements related to this Agreement.
