Provision of Power of Attorney. The special and limited power of attorney of the Manager:
14.2.1 Is a special power of attorney coupled with the interest of the Manager in the Company, and its assets, is irrevocable, shall survive the death, incapacity, termination or dissolution of the granting Member, and is limited to those matters herein set forth;
14.2.2 May be exercised by the Manager by and through one or more of the officers of the Manager for each of the Members by the signature of the Manager acting as attorney-in-fact for all of the Members, together with a list of all Members executing such instrument by their attorney-in-fact or by such other method as may be required or requested in connection with the recording or filing of any instrument or other document so executed; and
14.2.3 Shall survive an assignment by a Member of all or any portion of its Units except that, where the assignee of the Units owned by the Member has been approved by the Manager for admission to the Company as a Substituted Member, the special power of attorney shall survive such assignment for the sole purpose of enabling the Manager to execute, acknowledge and file any instrument or document necessary to effect such substitution.

14.2.1 Is a special power of attorney coupled with an interest, is irrevocable, shall survive the death, incapacity, termination or dissolution of the granting Member, and is limited to those matters herein set forth;
14.2.2 May be exercised by Triple Net Properties, LLC by and through one or more of the officers of Triple Net Properties, LLC, for each of the Members by the signature of Triple Net Properties, LLC acting as attorney-in-fact for all of the Members, together with a list of all Members executing such instrument by their attorney-in-fact or by such other method as may be required or requested in connection with the recording or filing of any instrument or other document so executed; and
14.2.3 Shall survive an assignment by a Member of all or any portion of his Investor Units except that, where the assignee of the Investor Units owned by the Member has been approved by the Manager for admission to the Company as a Substituted Member, the special power of attorney shall survive such assignment for the sole purpose of enabling Triple Net Properties, LLC to execute, acknowledge and file any instrument or document necessary to effect such substitution.

13.2.1 Is a special power of attorney coupled with an interest, is irrevocable, shall survive the death, incapacity, termination or dissolution of the granting Member, and is limited to those matters herein set forth;
13.2.2 May be exercised by Games Manager, LLC for each of the Members by the signature of Games Manager, LLC acting as attorney-in-fact for all of the Members, together with a list of all Members executing such instrument by their attorney-in-fact or by such other method as may be required or requested in connection with the recording or filing of any instrument or other document so executed; and
13.2.3 Shall survive an assignment by a Member of all or any portion of its Interests except that, where the assignee of the Interests owned by the Member has been approved by the Manager for admission to the Company as a Substituted Member, the special power of attorney shall survive such assignment for the sole purpose of enabling Games Manager, LLC to execute, acknowledge and file any instrument or document necessary to effect such substitution.
Provision of Power of Attorney. The special and limited power of attorney of the General Partner:
14.2.1 Is a special power of attorney coupled with the interest of the General Partner in the Partnership, and its assets, is irrevocable, shall survive the death, incapacity, termination or dissolution of the granting Limited Partner, and is limited to those matters in this Agreement set forth;
14.2.2 May be exercised by the General Partner by and through one or more of the officers of the General Partner, for each of the Limited Partners by the signature of the General Partner acting as attorney-in-fact for the Limited Partners, together with a list of all Limited Partners executing such instrument by their attorney-in-fact or by such other method as may be required or requested in connection with the recording or filing of any instrument or other document so executed; and
14.2.3 Shall survive an assignment by a Limited Partner of all or any portion of his or her Units except that, where the assignee of the Units owned by the Limited Partner has been approved by the General Partner for admission to the Partnership as a Substituted Limited Partner, the special power of attorney shall survive such assignment for the sole purpose of enabling the General Partner to execute, acknowledge and file any instrument or document necessary to effect such substitution to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(b) May be exercised by Cebron Capital, LLC by and through one or more of the officers of Cebron Capital, LLC, for each of the Members by the signature of Cebron Capital, LLC acting as attorney-in-fact for all of the Members, together with a list of all Members executing such instrument by their attorney-in-fact or by such other method as may be required or requested in connection with the recording or filing of any instrument or other document so executed; and
(c) Shall survive an assignment by a Member of all or any portion of his Interests except that, where the assignee of the Interests owned by the Member has been approved by the Manager for admission to the Company as a Substituted Member, the special power of attorney shall survive such assignment for the sole purpose of enabling Cebron Capital, LLC to execute, acknowledge and file any instrument or document necessary to effect such substitution.
Provision of Power of Attorney. Based on a written request of the Contractor, the Client shall provide the Contractor with all required powers of attorney for realization of the Work. The Contractor shall ask the Client in written form for the provision of the power of attorney always at least ten (10) days in advance.
