Common use of Provision of Premises to Party A Clause in Contracts

Provision of Premises to Party A. 1.1 Party B agrees to provide and urge its subsidiaries to provide premises for the use of Party A and its subsidiaries in accordance with terms and conditions hereof, and Party A agrees that its designated subsidiaries lease the premises provided by Party B and its subsidiaries in accordance with terms and conditions hereof. In this Agreement, Party B and its subsidiaries which are to provide premises are collectively called as “the Landlords”, while Party A and its subsidiaries that are to use the premises provided by the Landlords are collectively called as “the Tenants”.
