Provision of R&D Services Clause Samples
Provision of R&D Services. (1) MiniFAB will provide the R&D Services in accordance with the relevant Development Order in a diligent and ethical manner, with due care and skill and to a high professional standard, in accordance with this Agreement, and all applicable Regulatory Requirements.
(2) MiniFAB will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to meet any milestones agreed in the relevant Development Order. Each Development Order may specify the agreed-upon remedies that shall apply for any failure by MiniFAB to meet such milestones, or otherwise fail to perform the R&D Services in accordance with clause 5.4(1).
