Provision of Serviceable Accessories. Spirit shall be responsible for ensuring that each Eligible Engine at the Maintenance Center for a Shop Visit is supported by full suite of serviceable Accessories. In the event that the repair or replacement of an Accessory for an Eligible Engine delays the completion of the Shop Visit for such Eligible Engine, such delay shall be considered an Excusable Delay. Alternatively Spirit may request the use of units provided by the Maintenance Center to permit the testing of the Eligible Engine in accordance with Section 8.1.11 above, to the extent the Maintenance Center has such capability.
