Provision of Services for Mild/Moderate Needs Students. The Network shall provide a FAPE to students with mild or moderate needs in accordance with the student’s IEP or 504 plan. The provision of FAPE will include providing a full continuum of services to identified mild or moderate students in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
