Common use of Provision of the Exhibitor Entitlements Clause in Contracts

Provision of the Exhibitor Entitlements. The Exhibitor Entitlements will be provided to the Exhibitor: (a) subject to the Exhibitor's compliance with, and on the terms and conditions of, this Agreement and, if applicable, the Exhibition Manual; (b) as specified in the Exhibition Prospectus and the Exhibitor Application; (c) subject to the provision of information as provided in this Agreement and on completion of any milestones or pre-requisites specified in the Exhibition Prospectus and the Exhibition Manual; and (d) subject to the Exhibitor's compliance with, and in accordance with, the Venue Rules.
