PROVISION OR SALE OF ALCOHOL. 7.1 If alcohol is to be provided, served, sold, or otherwise present at the Event, then User shall provide insurance in accordance with the document entitled “Community Center Insurance and Alcohol Requirements” which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “C” and incorporated by this reference. User shall additionally comply with all permit and approval requirements set forth in Exhibit “C.”
