The warranty period includes all parts and labor. Service will be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM Central Standard Time. Response times may vary depending on workload. Service Availability – Time and Material Basis Service is available 24 hours each day, 7 days a week including holidays. Customers under warranty will be billed only the amount exceeding the standard service rate per hour. The minimum call-out of two hours still applies. Guaranteed Operational System. As part of the ESA, Lone Star Communications, Inc. will guarantee the system will be operational within 24 hours. If for some reason the system cannot be repaired on site, Lone Star will install a “loaner” system at no cost to the owner and will maintain that system under the 24 hour service, two hour response just as the original system.
