Response times may vary depending on workload. Service Availability – Time and Material Basis Service is available 24 hours each day, 7 days a week including holidays. If for some reason the system cannot be repaired on site, Lone Star will install a “loaner” system at no cost to the owner and will maintain that system under the 24 hour service, two hour response just as the original system.
