Provisional Acceptance Termination Sample Clauses

Provisional Acceptance Termination. We may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to you within the Provisional Acceptance Period, which is the time period that begins upon submission of your application and the required fee to become an RP or renew RP status and ends upon HRCI informing you of a decision to deny your application. This termination right does not limit our right to otherwise terminate this Agreement in accordance with the additional termination provisions below.
