Common use of Provisional Credit for Deposits Clause in Contracts

Provisional Credit for Deposits. Upon acceptance of the Checks, the Designated Account will be granted provisional credit for the total amount of the processed Checks on the next Business Day. The provisional credit means that the credit is made to the Designated Account subject to final payment of the Checks and will be made available as defined under the terms and conditions of our funds availability policy, the Account Agreement, and applicable law.
