Common use of Provisional Remedies and Injunctive Relief Clause in Contracts

Provisional Remedies and Injunctive Relief. Notwithstanding the agreement to submit disputes to negotiation, mediation and arbitration, as provided above, either party may seek from a court of competent jurisdiction any provisional or interim relief that is necessary to protect the rights or property of that party. Such provisional or interim relief may include, without limitation, restraining orders and other injunctive relief necessary to preserve the status quo based on claims for unfair competition and/or misappropriation of trade secrets and/or solicitation, as referenced in Exhibit A attached hereto.
