Common use of Provisioning of Xxxxxxxx T-1s Clause in Contracts

Provisioning of Xxxxxxxx T-1s. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.4, WinStar, at its own expense, shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all rights and privileges (including Required Rights, space and power) that are necessary for WinStar to provide the Xxxxxxxx T-1s to the WinStar common space.
