Provisions Affecting Exercise of Rights and Remedies. To the extent that any El Paso Settling Party is secondarily liable for any of the Secured Obligations, whether under Paragraph 4.1(d) hereof or otherwise, and with respect to Paragraphs 9.2(b) through (d) below to the extent that any El Paso Settling Party is primarily liable for any of the Secured Obligations, each El Paso Settling Party agrees as follows:
