Provisions Applicable to Continued Retirement and Savings Plan Participation. (a) If the Executive becomes entitled to payment of a lump sum severance benefit under either of Section 1.1 or Section 1.2, the rules set forth in the remainder of this Section 1.4(a) shall be applicable for purposes of all Relevant Plans:
