The Notes may also have such additional provisions, omissions, variations or substitutions as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Indenture, and may have such letters, numbers or other marks of identification and such legends or endorsements placed thereon as may be required to comply with this Indenture, any Applicable Law or with any rules made pursuant thereto or with the rules of any securities exchange or governmental agency or as may be determined consistently herewith by the Officer of the Company executing such Notes, as conclusively evidenced by their execution of such Notes.
