Provisions Applicable to Forms of Securities. The Securities may also have such additional provisions, omissions, variations or substitutions as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, and may have such letters, numbers or other marks of identification and such legends or endorsements placed thereon as may be required to comply with this Agreement, any applicable law or with any rules made pursuant there to or with the rules of any securities exchange or governmental agency or as may be determined consistently herewith by the Officer of the Company executing such Securities, as conclusively evidenced by their execution of such Securities. All Securities shall be otherwise substantially identical except as provided herein. Subject to the provisions of this Article 2, a registered Holder in a Global Security may grant proxies and otherwise authorize any Person to take any action that a Holder is entitled to take under this Agreement or the Securities.
