Each DEC, each FTC and each FPC will have assigned to it a member of the University’s Human Resources Department who can be called upon by the committee to provide guidance and training to the committee members in complying with the terms of this Agreement, with other University policies and with applicable laws and regulations. The Human Resources Department representative will not participate in the deliberations of the committees and will not attend committee meetings unless requested by the committee.
