Provisions Binding, Etc. Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, the terms hereof shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns, respectively, of LESSOR and LESSEE. Each term and each provision of this Lease to be performed by LESSEE shall be construed to be both a covenant and a condition. The reference contained to successors and assigns or LESSEE is not intended to constitute a consent to assignment by LESSEE, but has reference only to those instances in which LESSOR may later give written consent to a particular assignment as required by this Lease.
