Common use of Provisions Binding on Company’s Successors Clause in Contracts

Provisions Binding on Company’s Successors. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Eighth Supplemental Indenture contained by the Company shall bind its successors and assigns whether so expressed or not.
